As our business continues to grow, it’s important that our name reflects the full scope of what we do and the value we bring every day. For some time, we have operated under the Life Sciences banner, but it does not fully capture the breadth of industries we serve or the common challenges we help solve across them.

The evolution to Critical Process Solutions reflects this reality. It’s a clearer, more accurate way to describe who we are and what we do. It shifts the focus from the industries we serve to the critical processes we enable and the essential role that we play in delivering that value to our customers.

Why are we changing our name?

Our business has evolved significantly over the years, and our new name better reflects the full breadth of the solutions we provide, the markets we serve, and our vision for the future. This change strengthens how we communicate our capabilities while continuing to deliver the same high level of service and support our customers expect.

What is changing?

Only the name of our umbrella business unit and visual identity are changing. We remain a part of the Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions business unit.

Beginning July 1, you may start to see our new name reflected across our website, digital platforms, marketing materials, email communications, and other customer-facing resources.

When will the new name take effect?

The following remain totally unchanged:

  • Our customer commitments
  • Our business relationships
  • Our focus remains on helping our customers innovate & succeed..
Will I continue to work with the same contacts?

Yes. Your existing sales, customer service, technical support, and account management contacts remain unchanged.

Will there be any impact to products or services?

No. This change does not affect our products, services, quality standards, delivery commitments, or support capabilities.

Will there be any impact to current projects or orders?

No. All existing projects, orders, and customer commitments will continue as planned without interruption.

Will I need to take any action?

No action is required. You may begin to see our new name appear on communications, websites, documentation, and other materials, but there is no change to how we work together.

Will website addresses or email communications change?

Some digital assets may be updated as part of the transition. Any changes will be managed seamlessly, including appropriate redirects, to ensure uninterrupted access to information and support.

Does this affect existing agreements or contracts?

No. Our business relationships and commitments remain unchanged. If any administrative updates become necessary, your account representative will communicate directly with you.
